  1. 31;47 rx did not drink enough today. Had the chills on that last run. And I did not want to pick up that kettle bell!
    B. thanks for doing the sleds with me mark and Sarah for taking the class. During the rest we did 15 ghd sit-ups.
    My legs are smoked right now also from those wall balls yesterday!
