    Rx 150 at the 6 am class today.

    Thanks for the great videos Mark. Mobility was great. Hoping to fix my posture which has been screwed up for as long as I can remember.

    154 35# kb, i did knees to elbows the first round, then did wbsu with 20#ball instead for the 2nd and 3rd round. Sabra
