Team WOD
Partner A.200 Meter Row 
Partner B.Does Max Burpees
Partner C. Will Do Sit Ups
Everyone Rotates Each 200 Meters.

If It Is A 2 Person Team Rotate Between Burpees and Sit Ups Each Round.
Each Team Member Will Do 2000 Meters Of Rowing-Reset The Monitor Between Each Turn-No Carry Over Meters.
Score Time, Number Of Burpees, and Number Of Sit Ups.
