    Nice Erin! 23:53 85#dl, 300 singles. I switched my grip every 25 dl’s if that helps anyone. Great class Mike and yes Mark that was fun! My arms will be falling off in 3, 2, 1 lol

    20:16 RX’D just didn’t have it today! Deadlifts wore me out! Push-ups killed me! Du’s took to much time and had nothing left for what I thought would be an easy 100 sit-ups. A humbling WOD for sure!

    Rx 15:00…I found a good pace and stuck with it…I was glad not to ruin my time on double unders as they fell into place…thanks for th great workout Amanda!!
