    36 push ups – front squat 55# for 3 rounds and 65# for last round. Good times this morning. Thanks Greg!

    55# front squat for 1 round then 65#. Really need to spend some extra time working on these!! 12 ring dips. 32 burpees done

  3. 85# rough on the shoulder, substituted really strict pullups for ring dips did 6 first two rounds then 5 last two rounds. Having an injury is rough. Make sure you all take the time to stretch and listen to your body.
