Followed By 

3 Sets Of 8-12 Romanian Deadlifts


Don’t forget that Saturday there will be a group meeting at 10am to go to the Base and do some obstacles on the obstacle course. The cost is $6.00. Just show up if you are interested,if you have questions ask Danny by emailing:

    I hope this are enough people interested in Saturday’s obstacle course. We need a minimum of 10 people. I plan to go with my family and my husband and I want to do the course, so that’s 2. Who else is in?

    I’m trying to figure out childcare and I have relatives coming to visit – trying to pin them down to a time. Fun this morning although I’m not sure I’m a fan of those deadlifts.

  3. Did front squats at 190, 45lb weighted sit ups- felt like it took forever!
