    This was one of my goal after my injury. Now on to the Murph.

    :17:05 on the WOD. Thank you Mark for pushing me to finish. I believe I would have quit if is wasn’t for you. This is what Cross Fit is all about for me. I will never finish first but with a little help I will finish.
