Worked on my squat snatch after the WOD. Got a 30# PR at 145#. Props to Josh for getting the 145# as well!
6:41 used the 30# wall ball for the first time in a WOD.
Front squat up to 265#. I’m pretty sure that is a PR. Glad to be back after a few hectic off days.
