 During Thursdays WOD Tess’ right foot was getting a blister from her shoe. She kicked it off with one round to go and finished strong!

  1. Worked up to 125# on push jerk. I don’t remember all of my times, but my slowest was 4:30 and my fastest was 3:45. My total time was right around 25 minutes.

  2. Awesome work by everyone today. Great teamwork on the running wod. There were some blistering times out there today! And it was nice the weather cooperated, great running weather.
