Saturday August 23rd MASTERS COMPETITION

Volunteers: Please Arrive At 7:30am If Possible. We Could Always Use More Volunteers If You Are Available For The Day Or Part Of The Day. 

Participants: Please Arrive To Register At 8am. You Can Select Fun Or RX Division At Registration. If You Have Not Registered Online But Would Like To Compete You Can Sign Up At 8am The Day Of The Event.

Schedule and Heats: The First Heat Will Go At 9am and We Are Hoping To Do The Awards Ceremony Around 3:00-3:30pm. There Will Be 3 WODs With 6 Heats Each, and One Floater WOD. Paleo Naturals Will Be Preparing and Selling Hot Meals, and We Will Have Drinks And Snacks For Sale, But Of Course Bring Your Own Food And Drink If You Like.

All Of The WODs and Standards Are Linked On The Tab At The Top Of This Page That Says ‘Masters Comp.’

It’s Going To Be A Really Fun And Inspiring Event, Bring Your Friends And Family Out To Cheer Everyone On!

  1. Mark, I had a question on one of the standards that I posted underneath the 4 videos on the Master’s Comp tab. I’m not sure you will necessarily be looking there and would like to know the answer before the event.

  2. In answer to your question Paul, all of the double Unders you do will count. None of the singles will count. If you do single, single, double, single, single, double, that would count as 2 double unders…

  3. Thanks so much Mark and Sarah and especially all the volunteers for putting this on and making it a great success. Everything was super organized and ran right on time. I was happy to be part of it.
    Looks like I found myself a new competitive sport. Next time I’ll be better trained. Thanks again.

  5. I had such a great time. I met many athletes from all over and hopefully some new friends. Thank you Mark and Sarah putting on a well organized event. And thank you to all the volunteers who helped keep us motivated and in line.
