    Run was tough legs were feeling heavy!! have great weekend everyone!!! tested the grill out at the box last night!! good times! works great it is stashed behind the paleo natuals display.!!

    B. 6:54 mile run. I was ok with that for not having run in months. Legs felt heavy after those du’s yesterday.
    Grilling…. Good times!! Jamins dancing especially!

    So I did yesterday’s wod today 16:48 85# dropped the bar each time to save my shoulder, then did running Annie at 7 because I didn’t do the double unders yesterday, seems I did more singles than doubles:/ thanks Mase!
