95 pound Squat Snatch (65 pounds for women)
Chest to bar Pull-ups

  2. Mark, remember our discussion about the butt on the floor?
    So, I watched this a few times.

    It looks like she goes to the lowest part of her squat first, for a stretch or something? To show how incredibly flexible she is?
    Then raises her butt/back to where everyone else does before she raises the bar off of the floor.
    Then drops back to the same low spot.
    So, I guess my point is, is it important that I master that?
