Paleo Recipe Corner: Banana Bread Smoothie
• 1 cup cashew milk or unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk
• 2 frozen banana, sliced if not frozen, throw in two ice cubes
• 2 tablespoons almond butter
• fresh ground nutmeg, to taste
Place all ingredients in the blender, pour and enjoy!
