Do 5 to 10 Reps Of Strict Chest To Bar Pull Ups Between Sets Of Unstable Press.
Rest As Needed Between Sets.

  1. 12:29 ab may 10#plate. Felt much better today on hspu’s. able to string 5 together on first set. Trying different positions with my hands.
    B. 40# + 15’s. press is so hard for me but stayed vertical with my body, no arch. Did 4,4,4,4,3,3 on strict c2b.
