    Shoulder surgery Tuesday hopefully be back in January, ill especially miss 6 am class.

    I realized one thing at the Xmas parade today….C3 needs a float next year…a WOD on a flatbed…pull up bar….truck tire/sledgehammers….reindeer sled pushers….you get the picture.

    #135, 7 rounds plus 7 DL and 2 pullups. Plus 2 minutes spent throwing up my breakfast. Feeling better now, can’t wait for tomorrow’s WOD!

  6. 6 rnds 165# +5 pullups, 10 burpees, 4 squats.
    Really wanted that completed 7th round…sub’d burpees for the pushups.
