Push Press 1-1-1-1-1
Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

Like last weeks squat workout, try to increase the weight in each of the 15 sets.
Followed By

5 Rounds
Max Unbroken Double Unders and
1:00 Upside Down. Choose Handstand Walk For Distance, Handstand Hold, Shoulder Taps, Handstand Hold Against The Wall, Wall Climber To Partially Inverted, or Pike With Feet On A Box. 
Rest as needed Between Efforts.

    175 strict press, 205 push press, 205 push jerk! Can’t get my body to drop under the bar! DU’S and upside down work was tougher than expected!

    125# strict, 165 push-press, 175 push-jerk (failed at 185#).
    Double unders, walk on hands 3/4 of way across black mats, with handstand pushup negatives.
