IMG_0947Q: How long have you been involved with Crossfit?

Hailey: I’ve been involved with Crossfit for a year and a half.

Q: How did you get started?

Hailey: I got started doing boot camps  that had similarities to crossfit and decided to challenge myself with the real deal.

Q: What’s your favorite movement and least favorite movement and why?

Hailey:  My favorite movement is deadlifts because i’ts amazing that I can deadlift more than my body weight!  My least favorite movement is pullups because they never get easy!  It’s a challenge I want to overcome.

Q: How do you motivate yourself to attend the 5:30 am class?

IMG_0979Hailey:  What motivates me to attend the 5:30 am class is the people I’ve become so close to and their support they give to everyone.

Q: What’s an interesting fact about you that people may not know?

Hailey:  My brother and I have the same birthday but we aren’t twins…Exactly two years apart.

Q: What type of nutrition plan do you follow if any?  What is your favorite food?

Hailey: I try to eat clean and watch what I eat.  My favorite food is pizza.
