Way to push through on the Calgary WOD today…not an easy workout to say the least.

Paul leaves for Hawaii this weekend-Bye Paul we will miss you. Have fun and keep hitting the WOD while you are gone. We’re looking forward to a shipment of Coffee!

Bobby Leite stopped by and crushed the baseline with a 6:30-looking forward to seeing more of Bobby!

Amelia rowed 2,887m while the 4:00 group worked out. Her time was 37:06, that rower must be fun for her to stay on it that long. Good work Amelia!
