Rest 1 Minute, Repeat 5 Cycles

Give full concentration to efficiency in the power cleans. 

Tomorrow we will work on strength and skills.

  1. 17 +3+4 I subbed 10 walking lunges for the air squats. Apparently I can’t count and watch the clock. I missed a minute somewhere. Oh well…
