CrossFit Cape Cod is the leading CrossFit strength and conditioning facility on Cape Cod, located in Mashpee, Massachusetts.

We combine core conditioning, weights, cardio and body weight exercises in short, intense workouts to generate more results in less time. We offer group and individual coaching to all ages, fitness levels, abilities, and inabilities, utilizing the CrossFit Methodology.

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity. So, what does that mean? At CrossFit Cape Cod you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing.


We combine gymnastics (body control), weightlifting (control of external objects), and cardiovascular training into each workout. You will move your body the way it is meant to be moved in day-to-day life or sport, such as picking up a bag of dog food or lifting your child.

Our constantly varied programming means you will never get bored because you rarely do the same workout twice. Each day is different and will challenge you in a different aspect of fitness. You will move quickly through a lineup of exercises known as the Workout Of the Day, or WOD, which is the hallmark of the CrossFit experience. Every WOD is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts—from warm up to cool down—are an hour or less, they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
