  1. 5 – 10 WB, 5 CTBPU
    Used 95# on the bent over row. I used a blue and a red on the pull ups for the first time, I am certainly surprised at how strong my arms are getting! Getting noticed that I dropped some weight too is always nice 😉 SOOOOO glad I found such an awesome box with a great community!

  2. 5 rounds + 10 + 6. I was so close to finishing 6 rounds! My arms were shot hah. 6# WB, blue and red bands for pull ups still..
    I did 1 round of bent over rows with 65#, the others I used 55#.
    Great 6 a.m. class!

  3. 8 rounds plus 6 wall balls, blue and purple band and 14# ball. Fun working out next to Mason, and I was also very impressed by Carl’s strict pull ups!! Fun but exhausting WOD!

  4. 5 rounds plus 10 wb(10#) and 7 ctb (blue band)…glad I didn’t put the purple band on the bar as well ( thanks Mark for yelling at me when I tried to go back on what I said because I would have used it!)
