    17:33 RX and 195 on the clean and jerks. Yes. Breakfast was not happy with that second run.

    Yeah I got my rings back!! Silly me thinking I was the only one who uses a carabena for a key chain! I’ll use the 5:30 is way too early excuse.
    29:55 rx, however last set of doubles just died.
    35, 45, 55, 65# on clean and jerks.

    26:41 scaled push ups 20 x2, t2b 20, and darn it had to go to singles the second set ­čÖü

    31:57, some rx push ups, most scaled, scaled t2b, the rest rx. I felt like this was the hardest workout I’ve ever done, but I didn’t shed any tears. So I might be wrong.
