Not a huge fan of having a bar over my head.
B: Worked on double unders which I suck at and also some pull up work which I also suck at.
Mason was just a kid.
Worked up to 90# …focus PU, DU

B.hand stand walk, butterfly pullups x10
How huge was the 5:30 class-AM ?
Like 12-14!? I think!
165 for 3, then strict pull ups and 30 lb wall ball
A.85 OHS pr 5# and reps
B. wall ball 20#/10′ x8 and strict pullups first four sets unbroken at 5, then 4,4,5

Mase, you remain ageless.
Up to 70#x3 for OHS, DU & ring dips for skill work. I’m stuck around 10 for max reps double unders, grrrr. Almost made it to the top of the rope.
Stayed Very Light On OHS, Then did Rope Climbs and Double Unders for 10 Minutes.
Worked very light on OHS(really need lots more mobility/flexiblity) legless rope climbs, wall balls to 10ft
