    Thanks Ashley for carrying me. At one point in the last 800 I debated her actually physically carrying me which she probably could have done and still finished strong. I’m with Erin I still feel nauseous after that one and Josh and Bushys time is just insane.

    rx’ed on the thursters, & I used R/P bands for my pull ups, Shannah had just red for almost all of hers. You rock girl, thanks for carrying my weight while I thought I was dying 🙂 much love for my swolemate <3
