  1. Tonight is one of those nights I don’t want to post. My goal was sub 9 and it took 10:59. I didn’t feel good by rep 8 and then was just trying to finish. Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow!

  2. A little late but I just remembered to post this now because I can barely walk.

    B. 12:40- did both sets of 21 w/ 50# then finished with 45#
