  1. Are you kidding Jenn? I was watching you run tonight and you are 3x faster then you were 1 year ago! You are getting stronger every day! The 5:30 class was so fun to watch. A few of you said I hate running at least 3 times but never slowed down. By the way I find if I think about something else positive while I’m running it helps.
