  1. I loved this WOD 7 rounds scaled. Sorry to anyone who jumped when I shouted , my little one stuck her fingers into a fan of an active rower, I rather her cry than lose a finger 😉

  2. 5 rounds +24+6 Scaled with 1pood. all double unders-finally I’m getting them in good strings. I still aspire to do them like Mason, Nettie or Traci someday.

  3. 5 rounds, 18# KB. 48 SU for the first 2 rounds, then Jamin dropped me to 24 SU to work on not double jumping…
    Great WOD today! Stuck around for a small dose of squat therapy after too.
