    WOD: 13:12 (45 singles/15 doubles
    each round except last)
    Really struggled with the top end of the SDL. Haven’t done those in a while.

  2. I had a really tough time with everything today. Stayed at 205 on the deadlift for five total reps and worked on form. 16:10rx on Annie. I was hoping for so much better than that, but completely lost all rhythm on my doubles by the time I got to the 30 round. It was a serious physical and mental roadblock that I just couldn’t quite overcome today. Maybe it’s time for a rest day.

    17ish+ for Annie Rx, doubles somewhat laughable but a work in progress. If I can do them half as well as Nettie going forward, I’ll be thrilled. Anyone know what time the fundraiser WOD is on Saturday?

  4. 2 points, I did not do sit-ups, back was feeling sore/tight so I didn’t want to extend it. Did the double unders but substituted in 15-12-9-6-3 of hand stand push ups. Shoulders were burnt.
