  1. 17:47 with 45 and bands. Was trying to keep up with Meghan F! Fun wod, and thank you Mark for putting OHS in the beginning:) my arms were toast at the end.

  2. I forgot how to squat. Cldnt lift anything over my head. Had to use my “training wheels” as josh calls them for my pull-ups. Like, 6 green and 8 blue. So don’t expect me to have any idea what my time was. Was a hot mess getting back at it after my vacation! Hopeful tomorrws WOD will be 2 sit-ups and row 10m.

  3. 29:50, 55# for OHS and strict press, then 75# for the rest. Red band for approximately 4 pull ups and then red and blue for most of the rest. I added a purple for the last 10. Mason made me do all of them strict because I am still in the band. Mason, I will thank you some day, but I was most likely cursing you in my head at several points during the WOD :).
