    Felt great on the squats and moved fairly rapidly though them and I still can walk which is a plus. Thanks Mark for the confidence to stay at 185#. Still can’t get my feet right on rope climbs and I usually end up aggravating my elbow every time I try so that was modified to knees to elbows. I give a ton of credit to everyone who did all those rope climbs today. Those were no joke. Great job!

  2. I’ve got some serious car troubles, so my WOD today was a bike ride from Bourne Toyota to Falmouth. Fast pedaling to beat the dark.
