Dont over do it. If you are 3 weeks in chances are you feel great. Its easy to try to rush progress and run with the results and do the WOD, then knock out the optional. Then do more at home later. Then on your rest day add in a 5k, you get the picture. Get 4-5 quality workouts in and give them your flat out best. Keep eating clean. Its that simple. The results before long will be long term instead of nursing little nagging aches and pains or losing intensity and quality in the WODs.
