20 Wall Balls

3 Rope Climbs

30 Wall Balls

Etc. Until 10 Minutes Are Up.

Tonight Abs and Mobility! 6:30pm Only 5 Bucks.

Member Appreciation BBQ On Saturday Bring The Whole Fam, Starts After The 12:30 Class.

Sunday CPR and First Aid Cert 40$ Per Person 12:30-3:30 (There will be a test at the end for the medical cert if applicable.)

    105×2, 110×2. I’ve been stuck at 100×2 for what feels like years so I’m happy with that!

    4 ropes plus 11 wall balls rx

    A: 205 x 2 (215# x 1 – couldn’t get it back to my shoulders and had to drop it)
    B: 3 rounds + 12 scaled rope + 32 WB (20#)

    235# x2- Mason called me out for a push jerk @ 255#…jerk
    3 rounds + 12 WB’s- that part was ugly- between ropes & modified

    “Unfortunately” didn’t have wall balls or a rope to climb available. Bummer!!!
