Starting Next Week Kids Class Will Be Monday At 4:30 For 5-8 Year Olds. Also Wednesday At 4:30 For 9-12 Year Olds. Please Sign Up At The Box!

Monday From 8:45-11am and 5-8pm Professional Massage Therapy Will Be Available On Location At C3.

    Did a modified wod of 5 rounds 500m row with 3 min rest in between. Finally made it to a 5:30 class. I think I was still asleep until at least my second or third round:)
