Can the other team members be doing DU’s while the rowing is getting completed?
Good question Tom, only move to the rope when the rowing is finished. Same with the run. Time stops when the last person is back from the run.
Don’t remember our time, butfun partnering up with Michelle H! Great job to Pina and Dan this morning too! Thankful it wasn’t a 3 mile run at the end:)
