  1. total was 20:30, definitely a slow day for me, my calfs are still super tight from Tuesdsy…I forgot my individual round times, probably because I did yesterday’s WOD after with Amy S….that was fun, thank you!!!

    These are not the numbers I wrote on the board. I blame that on the poor nutrition this week. My brain does not seem to be working. Id like to blame it on being at the 6am class but the rest of the day has been the same: 😬
