Definitely need this type of work. Endurance today was terrible.
total was 20:30, definitely a slow day for me, my calfs are still super tight from Tuesdsy…I forgot my individual round times, probably because I did yesterday’s WOD after with Amy S….that was fun, thank you!!!

I was just psyched I didn’t have to stop and walk on any of the runs. I actually enjoyed this WOD more than I thought I would.
