  2. 215×2 3 plus 20 RX I think. Was about 20 reps under my PR from last time. I was super discouraged and almost didn’t post…but then I decided to own it. t’s just one bad wod, right?

  3. Jojo feel better. It’s ok to rest when you are sick. You don’t want to get worse. I promise you won’t lose anything if you take a few days off and even if it takes you a couple of workouts to feel like yourself again you will bounce back. We have all been there!

    Kristin I have many nights I don’t want to post my scores. We all have off days. At least we keep showing up and doing our best!
