  1. Worked on things that I am really bad at like pull ups and toes to bar, but also snatches and double unders. While I get really discouraged on days like today because I get frustrated by my lack of skills in these movements, I know it’s a step in the right direction. Thank you Mason for all the positive encouragement and helpful tips! I appreciate how much you keep me moving forward on things I just don’t want to work on at all.
