Due to my work schedule I did the nutritional benchmark WOD today…alone. Wasn’t fun or easy… I was dreading doing it because I saw all the comments last week. It was tough, but thats why I’m at Crossfit! Day 5 of strict Paleo…withdrawal headaches hit me at 4:15 on day three….I think I’m passed the hardest part. Waiting for the energy level to kick in and it should be smooth sailing for the last three weeks…. I hope everyone is kicking butt and sticking to their goals! Keep smiling!!!
