2 rounds w/65# but singles instead of double unders. First time doing GHD sit ups, don’t know how I got away without doing them for so long!

This one put me deep in the pain cave. 3 rounds plus the run and 82 reps. Kinda wanna do it again to shoot for 4 rounds.
I’m a scaredy-cat! Box jumps (for obvious reasons) and GHD sit-ups (can’t explain that one)!!! Thanks Mason for your efforts in helping me face my fears. Great WOD!!
