  1. My time was 26 something. I only got one rope climb in each I the first two rounds. I switched to scaled rope climbs for the last three rounds. I also switched to box push ups for the last two rounds since by the third round I was basically taking a brief nap on the floor in between every push up.

  2. Mark, gotta schedule another rope climb wod, soon. In ct entire weekend and I was unable to stop by. However did pull off 50 toes to bar 100 push ups Wod here. Which felt refreshing after Tabata on Friday.

  3. Is there anyone out there who would like to run a five mile benefit in Boston may18th, a Sunday. We need one more person to make our team of six by tomorrow!!!!
