3 Options For The Nutritional Approach

We will be giving participants detailed info on these options, you can choose 1 for the 30 days and at the beginning of the challenge complete the benchmarks. Group Leaders for the different options will provide support throughout the 30 days. We will have a leaderboard at the Box.

At the end of the 30 days we will retest the benchmarks and tally the points. On November 7th we will award prizes at our 7th Anniversary Party! CrossFit Cape Cod Opened Just over 7 years ago and we are going to celebrate! The cost is 30$ for the challenge, sign up at the desk and get ready to get the results!
