*Scale as needed and use kettlebells in place of the dumbells.

    All I can say is I did it. Have no idea what my time was cuz i forgot to reset the clock and it stopped at 30. 35ish maybe?? And, to speak as a true New England Crossfittah, I will proudly say I did it WICKED scaled:)

    32:46 RX everything except pull ups and used 2 pood for cleans.

    6 straight days at C3 I think caught up to me and my back, but this one was too good not to attempt.

    Brutal wod, can’t pass up a workout called The Lumberjack though. 35:00Rx, not bad considering I only managed 305# for my 1 rep on the deadlift the other day.

    Huge shout out to Mason today for killing it on masters qualifying wod 3. You kept on pushing through even when you wanted to quit. Your proformance was inspiring!!!! I’ve watched u push it hard real hard, but never like that! That was amazing!
