  1. 29:30 started with blue band for half of first round then finished the rest with blue and purple…it was a fun WOD but 90 pull-ups after yesterday, well they just plain slowed me down and I may have cursed a little under my breath

  2. Good luck to our kids and teens tomorrow as they travel to Hansen for the 2nd annual competition! They have been working hard and doing so well on their nutrition challenge. You’re all gonna rock it tomorrow! Woo hoo!
