Run 400
Rest Until The Next 6:00 Round Starts When You Return From The 400m Run.

  1. Also, if someone found a grey, zip up sweatshirt in the bathroom.. it’s mine. It says “feed” on the hood in navy blue…and it’s my favorite…so if you could leave it at the box I’ll grab it Monday.
