I would like to thank everyone who is currently part of the C3 community. Sunday will be my last day coaching at the gym. I am honored to have helped so many people on thier health and fitness journey. I had the privelige of following a dream that lasted for seven awesome years and am forever grateful that you stayed a part of it. Thank you all for the expressions in person, text and e-mail. My time at C3 has forever changed me for the better as I hope it has you to. As you move forward under the new ownership of Allan Fleck and Chris Mason, I wish you all continued sucess, health, fitness and strong community.
