  1. In the true xfit spirit I particated in a new exercise this morning and rowed a dory in woods hole for two hours. I loved it! My xfit callouses served me well!!

  2. Had a sweet bro sesh with Mark this afternoon, just noticed the link on here funny coincidence LOL! Worked up to 110# on the press, wasn’t keeping track of the pullups but did them strict with a few extra reg pullups with slow negatives thrown in at the end of each set. Fun afternoon!
