  1. 10:10 with 155# and 3 mats for hand stand negatives. I did 10, 8, and 6 reps for the negatives. Thank you Mark for making me challenge myself even though I was scared to try them! It was so great to see so many faces I haven’t seen in a while tonight as well!!
