    That was a lot of deadlifts – 185 felt like 385 at the end. Fun WOD, although I’m not sure I enjoyed all the youtes blowing past me this morning at 9am. To be fair I did have more weight on my bar:-). Great 9 am class and great job Kelly. That was a lot of weight that you ended up sticking with.

  2. 32:49 Angie. Did 4 sets of 25 pull ups and push ups using different bands each time. Then did 100 sit ups and 100 squats. It took me about 6 minutes longer than last time, but I was working on keeping my pull ups strict this time, which I didn’t do last time.

  3. 31:07 RX except R/G bands. Angie is a bit of a mean girl when you do it straight thru. I didn’t do it in February, which would have been my second week and I’m sure scaled a lot.

  4. 27:40 rx . That to me is one of the most grueling crossfit wods . Tried to keep good form the whole way through . Mark that time is awesome !
