    A: 205# Not feeling the bench this morning – shoulder was sore and just took it easy.

    Glad I could get my butt up this morning for 5:30 am. Nice to see a few faces that I haven’t seen in a while:-)

    100# (PR), yay for triple digits!!! I was soooo close to getting 105#, next time!
    21:13 RX, 60 TTB was pretty rough. (I think I may have done 5 or so extra lunges too)
