    I wussed out on the 24″ box. If anyone wants to help me overcome this fear on the next open gym or pick your movements WOD, I’m game. 40# snatch, 65# c&j.

    18:45 (50/75#, 20″ box)
    Way too fast (for me), should have gone 10-15# heavier on each. Finally all the way back from the vacation break, but wasn’t really feeling it before the start. Will adjust starting next week. Have a great weekend everyone.

    Considering the 30″ box quite literally comes up to my belly button, I’m pretty ecstatic that I didn’t once shin myself. Didn’t exactly blaze through it, but I felt good throughout the whole WOD. Even felt stronger the more box jumps I did. Glad I decided NOT to scale.
